Mac's Towing Service, Inc. provides professional towing and roadside assistance services, including but not limited to:

  • Emergency and scheduled towing services
  • Roadside assistance (jump starts, tire changes, lockout service, fuel delivery)
  • Long distance and state-to-state vehicle transport
  • Vehicle recovery services
  • Flatbed towing for specialty vehicles

All services are subject to availability and may be affected by weather, traffic conditions, equipment availability, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal authority to request service for the vehicle
  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting service
  • Have the legal right to authorize towing or service for the vehicle in question

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate location and vehicle information
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible for service
  • Authorize the requested service before work begins
  • Pay all applicable fees and charges
  • Be present or have a representative present at time of service
  • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before towing
  • Inform us of any special circumstances or vehicle conditions

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

  • For any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
  • To tow a vehicle you do not have authority to authorize
  • To provide false information about yourself or the vehicle
  • To engage in fraud or deceptive practices
  • In a manner that could damage our equipment or endanger our personnel

6. Pricing and Payment

All fees for services will be communicated to you before service begins. By authorizing service, you agree to pay the quoted price plus any applicable taxes and fees. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.

We accept major credit cards, cash, and may accept checks. Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, difficult access, or special equipment requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mac's Towing Service, Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to vehicles
  • Damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by customers
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific arrival times or service outcomes.

9. Third-Party Services

We may partner with third parties to complete certain services. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties, though we make reasonable efforts to work with reputable partners.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mac's Towing Service, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, safety concerns, or inability to complete the service safely.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mac's Towing Service, Inc. regarding your use of our services.
